The service
GET.ID provides domain search, registration and management workflows, registration-data tools, support, and registrar-partnership services. Some operations are fulfilled through registry operators, registrar partners, payment providers, or infrastructure providers.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and tell us promptly if you believe an account or domain has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials under your control.
Domain registration
A search result is not a reservation or guarantee of registration. A domain becomes registered only after the relevant order, payment, eligibility, and registry steps succeed. You must provide accurate registrant information and satisfy the current rules for the selected namespace.
Fees and renewals
Applicable fees are shown in the relevant order or commercial agreement. Registration, renewal, transfer, recovery, and eligibility work can have different pricing. You are responsible for reviewing the complete order before confirming it.
Acceptable use
Do not use GET.ID or a domain managed through the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, malicious code, credential theft, unauthorized bulk lookup, service disruption, or infringement of another party's rights.
Lifecycle actions
Renewals, transfers, nameserver changes, DNSSEC changes, registrant updates, and recovery actions can depend on authorization, eligibility, registry state, payment, and processing windows. Submit requests with enough time for the required checks to complete.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but domain operations can depend on external systems and scheduled or unexpected maintenance. We may adjust or limit an operation when needed for security, policy compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity.
Responsibility
You are responsible for choosing and using a domain lawfully, maintaining accurate contact and eligibility information, protecting credentials, and keeping renewal and operational details current. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service, domain policy, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and apply from the stated effective point.
